Current processing time is up to 4 weeks unless other wise stated on item.

No returns or refunds can be made unless an item is defective. 

If item is defective please contact me within 2 days of receipt to discuss options. 

I will not cancel order after they are placed. If an exception is made a restock charge of 25% will be deducted from your total refund.

WASHING: I recommend washing items inside out and hang to dry. Use cool iron and do not touch iron directly to design as this may melt some materials. Please contact me with any questions.
